One of the best upgrades you can do to increase the reliability of your 6.6 Duramax pickup truck is to install an EGR delete kit. With this EGR delete you will be able to completely remove your EGR valve & EGR cooler.

EGR delete advantages
Eliminating the EGR system prevents soot from building up and clogging the EGR valve. Instead of hot exhaust gases being returned to the intake tract, fresh, dense, clean air can now circulate. The improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to rev up faster, resulting in quicker throttle response. This EGR system is designed and engineered to circulate coolant faster and more efficiently than the stock EGR system.
High quality components
Consists of billet aluminum construction, nickel-plated steel flanges, stainless steel dipstick bracket, anodized plates, high-temperature silicone hoses, zinc-plated parts and precision-fit O-rings.
Installation tips
Everything needed for a complete installation is included. Installation takes approximately 2 hours with simple hand tools. When installing this EGR delete; a DPF delete capable tuner is required to prevent any check engine light, diagnostic trouble code or drivability issues.
Our EGR kit compared with the competition
There are two different EGR kits available. One version with a coolant bypass plate and coolant bypass house, and another (cheaper option) without the coolant bypass plate. We only sell the version with coolant bypass as it allows for more even circulation of coolant in the engine and is a better design.
Made in the USA
Most EGR kits sold these days are made overseas. They are cheaper, but fit can be an issue, tolerances are not as tight, coolant leaks are common, and overall quality is poor.
