Installing an EGR removal system is one of the best upgrades you can make to improve the reliability of your 6.7 Powerstroke pickup truck. With this EGR removal system, you can completely remove the EGR valve and EGR cooler. Eliminating the EGR system will prevent soot buildup and clogging of the EGR valve. Instead of hot exhaust gases being re-directed into the intake, fresh, tight, clean air can now circulate. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to pick up speed faster, resulting in quicker throttle response. This EGR system is designed and engineered to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently than a standard EGR system.
