One of the best upgrades you can do to improve the reliability of your 6.7 Cummins pickup is to install an EGR removal kit. With this kit, you can completely remove the EGR valve and EGR cooler.
Suitable for vehicles

Benefits of EGR Removal
Removing the EGR system prevents soot buildup and clogging of the EGR valve. Instead of hot exhaust gases being rerouted into the intake, fresh, tight, clean air can now circulate. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to pick up speed faster, resulting in faster throttle response. This EGR system is designed and engineered to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently than conventional EGR.
Consists of aluminum billet, nickel plated steel flanges, stainless steel dipstick tube bracket, anodized plates, high temperature silicone hoses, galvanized hardware and precision o-rings.
The kit includes everything you need for a complete installation. Installation takes about 2 hours using basic hand tools. When installing this EGR removal system, a tuner with DPF removal capability is required to prevent engine warning lights, diagnostic trouble codes or drivability issues. Installation Instructions
Our EGR kit versus the competition
There are two different EGR kits available. A version with a coolant bypass plate and coolant re-direction house and another (cheaper version) without the coolant bypass plate. We only sell the version with the bypass plate because it allows the coolant to circulate more evenly throughout the engine and is a better design.
Made in the USA
Most of the EGR kits sold these days are made overseas. While they are cheaper, there can be fit issues, tolerances are not as tight, coolant leaks are common, and overall quality leaves a lot to be desired.
For peace of mind and in case there are problems, this EGR removal kit comes with a lifetime warranty.
