2008, 2009 and 2010 Ford Powerstroke Diesel 6.4L F-250, F350 and F450. Crew cab with short bed and crew cab with long bed. Not suitable for cab and chassis trucks.
Power levels; includes switch on the fly (SOTF)
50 hp, 80 hp, 120 hp, 180 hp, 250 hp.
Eliminates the following components (if equipped) without installing diagnostic trouble codes or an engine check lamp:
Рarticulate filter (DPF)
Catalytic converter (CAT)
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)
Diagnostic Trouble Codes / Check Engine Light – SCT X4 / Bully Dog BDX prevents any DTCs or Check Engine light from occurring. However, if any other problem occurs, you will still be alerted. DTCs can be checked/cleared.
Fuel mileage – Expect a significant increase in fuel mileage. If your DPF is clogged, you are probably averaging about 13-14 miles per hour. More or less depending on the severity of the restriction. After installing the SCT X4 / Bully Dog BDX and removing the DPF/CAT, expect a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg. Big tires and poor driving habits will result in lower mileage.
The exhaust material is aluminized steel.
