Description
Suitable for the following cars
2008, 2009 and 2010 Ford Powerstroke Diesel 6.4L F-250, F350 and F450. Crew cab with short bed and crew cab with long bed. Not suitable for cab and chassis trucks.
Power levels are 20 hp, 40 hp, 60 hp, 80 hp, 100 hp. Includes rotary switch to change power level on-the-go.
Eliminates the following components (if equipped) without installing diagnostic trouble codes or an engine check lamp:
Рarticulate filter (DPF)
Catalytic converter (CAT)
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)
Diagnostic Trouble Codes / Check Engine light – EZ Lynk prevents any DTCs or Check Engine light from occurring. However, if any other problem occurs, you will still be alerted. DTCs can be checked/cleared.
Fuel mileage – Expect a significant increase in fuel mileage. If your DPF is clogged, you are probably averaging about 13-14 miles per hour. More or less depending on the severity of the restriction. After installing the EZ Lynk and removing the DPF/CAT, expect a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg. Big tires and poor driving habits will result in lower mileage.
The exhaust pipe material is aluminized steel.
