Whether your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engine is brand new or has been used and operated for thousands of miles, its coolant may contain contaminants such as foundry sand left over from manufacturing, metal shavings, rust and mineral deposits that can wreak havoc on your truck’s cooling system. These hazardous substances can even damage water pump bearings and small ducts inside the EGR system and oil cooler.
With this coolant filtration system, you can have peace of mind knowing that your engine will always be protected.
Installation is easy:
The 6061 CNC anodized aluminum 6061 filter head attaches to the included bracket that installs into the factory holes, so no drilling is required. Anyone with basic mechanical knowledge can install this part in their garage.

The filter unscrews easily for easy replacement
It is recommended that the first filter be changed after 500 miles of driving, and the second and third filters every 3,000 miles.
After the first three replacements, the filter can be changed once a year.
The silicone hose fittings are pre-assembled for a simple and leak-free connection. These parts have been repeatedly tested under controlled conditions and can withstand more than twice the recommended radiator cap pressure.
