1 Year Warranty
DPF delete provides a warranty for its products against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year starting from the original purchase date. If any defects arise during this Warranty Period and a valid claim is made, the manufacturer will either repair the product or replace it with a new, functionally equivalent product at their discretion. Any repaired or replaced products are also covered against defects in materials and workmanship for an additional ninety days after the repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original Warranty Period if it is longer.
To initiate a claim, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested, and the manufacturer may require photo evidence of the defect. If the product is replaced, the replacement product will become the property of the customer, while the returned product will become the property of the manufacturer. Similarly, if a refund is issued, the returned product becomes the property of the manufacturer.
Policy of return
Our company has specific policies in place for customers who wish to return a product. First, any returns must be authorized through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by logging into the customer’s account. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container to ensure proper identification.
When returning a product, customers must package it securely in an outer carton and avoid writing on the product packaging itself, as this could result in refusal of the return. The return must be received by DPF Delete within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, as determined by tracking information.
The returned product must be in a state of new, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, and any other included items. Upon receipt, DPF Delete will inspect the returned product and may refuse credit or assess a restocking fee of 10%-20% at their discretion.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Tuner Depot. If the return meets all of the requirements and is approved, a credit will be issued to the customer.
